Dominic had a choice this weekend whether or not to race at Whilton Mill, a track he has only been to a couple of times this year. A track where competition would be tough and of course regular good club drivers would be there.
It was a tough decision because Dominic's Aunt passed away the Tuesday before and it was not expected.

He was very emotional but wanted to race as he said "Auntie Angela was my biggest Fan and she would of wanted me to race Dad". He was right so we went.

With what could only be described as a heavy heart,  he tested on the Saturday and with Peter Budd, Dan and Neil and the whole Fusion Camp they helped him to try and keep his mind on the racing. They were all fantastic as always.
Dom understandably was not firing on all cylinders but landed an 8th place grid position for the final in what will pretty much be next years Super one Line up. He finished 9th over all and put in the fastest lap time in one of the heats.

Personally Dom, I would like to thank you as it helped take my mind of the situation for the weekend, I would also like to thank all the Dads and Mums who came up to me in support.
